One of Ravebo’s strong points is our ability of “combined package deals”. Within our work scope, we offer a complete package as possible in order to unburden our customers. We notice that our customers want things being done and not having to handle them by themselves. That’s where we step in.
We recently provided such a “combined” order for one of our customers. The customer had some pressure relief valves that required recertification and pressure testing. This we performed in our in-house calibration workshop. During this we procedure we found one of the valves leaking heavily. Since these valves are the type of equipment where no compromises are permissible, we fully overhauled the unit. After completion the valve was back to full working condition. Of course, all of this went in close contact with the customer.
Part two of the job was the calibration and recertification of several pressure and electrical devices, such as pressure calibrators, digital multimeters, pressure calibrator hand pumps (SI) and temperature calibrators. In total over 20 devices were calibrated.
Due to our extended range of calibration equipment we were easily able to handle these devices.

The final part of the job included the very short-term supply of some new valves and Nakakita Seisakusho hand pumps. This was very urgently required since the vessel was at a shipyard for repairs and maintenance and these items were required on board prior to departure. Due to the high urgency we liaised with Nakakita whether the delivery time, originally one month, could be accelerated. Together we managed to get the spares delivered to the vessel within just two days. This made a timely delivery to the vessel possible.
