2025 Review - Marine Service, Calibration & Drydock Support
In 2025, Ravebo Marine supported shipowners, operators and shipyards worldwide during one of the most demanding operational years in recent history.
Despite increased scale and complexity, our focus remained unchanged: verified compliance, reliable systems and professional onboard execution.
2025 in Numbers

The year was characterised by growing technical demands and larger project scopes. Ravebo Marine supported multiple major drydock projects, including system overhauls, retrofits and complex integrations.
In parallel, more than 400 calibrations and system health checks were carried out. These included 15 PPM bilge alarm calibration, ODME/OCM verification and safety sensor and alarm integrity testing. All work was executed in accordance with MARPOL Annex I requirements, ensuring vessels remained inspection-ready.
What We Delivered Onboard
Compliance is achieved through system verification, not paperwork.
Our onboard work focuses on the complete operational chain, assessing how systems perform under realistic conditions.
Typical activities include:
- Sensor calibration and validation
- Alarm setpoint verification (15 PPM & fail-safe)
- Signal integrity and data logging checks
- Functional testing under simulated operating conditions
- Drydock coordination with shipyards and technical management
Each system is assessed as part of the vessel’s operational chain.
Quality Over Volume
Even during peak demand, our approach remained disciplined. Every vessel leaving our care is correctly calibrated, properly documented and technically verified for real operation.
“Every vessel must meet the highest safety and environmental standards before departure.”
Why This Matters
Oily Water Separators and monitoring systems are critical safeguards for the marine environment. A correctly calibrated 15 PPM system is not a checkbox exercise; it is a frontline defence against marine pollution.
Looking Ahead to 2026
As enforcement tightens and inspections intensify, Ravebo Marine continues to support fleets with accurate measurement, verified alarm integrity and inspection-ready systems.
